RETURNS POLICY AT BILLY LOVES AUDREY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Billy loves Audrey! If something does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we offer you an uncomplicated return policy. Here are our conditions:

RETURN PERIOD

• Returns within 30 days: You have the option of returning your order within 30 days of receipt.

FREE RETURNS

• Within 14 days within Germany only: If you initiate your return within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and the order originates from Germany, we will cover the return costs in full.
  

RETURNS FROM THE 15TH DAY

• Cost sharing only within Germany: For returns made from the 15th day to the 30th day after receipt of the goods and the order originates from Germany, we charge a return fee of 5.90 EUR. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
  

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS OUTSIDE GERMANY

• Orders within Europe: You can also request a return label for orders within Europe. In this case, a lump sum of EUR 9.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Orders outside Europe: For returns outside Europe, you are responsible for the return costs. Please keep the proof of shipment in a safe place, as we cannot accept any liability for the loss of the parcel and cannot issue a refund.
  

REQUEST FOR A RETURN LABEL

• Email and returns portal: You can always request a return label by sending an email to service@billylovesaudrey.com or via our returns portal. If you have problems creating a returns label in the returns portal, please contact us immediately by e-mail. The decisive date for calculating the return costs is the day on which you notify us in writing and provide proof of receipt.
  

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• Original condition: Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and that all labels are still attached.
