We know you can't wait to get your package! Once your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package on its journey.

But of course! We love to wrap gifts. You can select the "Gift wrapping" option in the checkout and we'll make sure your package arrives extra pretty.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days.

• Free Returns (within Germany only):
  • If you initiate your return within 14 business days of receiving the goods, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
    • Returns after 14 Days (only within Germany):
      • For returns made between the 15th and 30th day after receiving the goods, a return fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
        • International Returns (outside Germany):
          • For returns outside Germany, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please keep the shipping receipt as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund without proof of shipment. Return labels can be requested via email at service@billylovesaudrey.com or through our returns portal. Please ensure that items are in their original condition with all labels still attached.
