Ordering from us is a breeze! Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to your shopping cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process. Your Billy Loves Audrey treasures will soon be on their way to you!

We know you can't wait to get your package! Once your order has been dispatched, it usually takes 5-7 working days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package on its journey.

But of course! We love to wrap gifts. You can select the "Gift wrapping" option in the checkout and we'll make sure your package arrives extra pretty.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days.

• Free returns (only within Germany):
  If you arrange your return within 30 working days of receiving the goods, we will cover the return costs in full.
  
• International returns
  (outside Germany):
  For returns outside Germany, you bear the return costs yourself. Please keep the proof of shipment in a safe place, as we cannot accept any liability or provide a refund if the parcel is lost.

Return labels can be sent by e-mail to service@billylovesaudrey.com or via our returns portal. Please make sure that the items are in their original condition and that all labels are still attached.
