Combined with accessories from our Classy collection, our Shirley tulle skirt is the perfect choice for special occasions. But it can also be worn with boots on a day in the park or on the playground together with our fairy wings or little bags. The delicate glitter dots on the top layer sparkle like stars in the sunlight and make children's eyes shine.
Like all our tutus, Shirley has a wide, elastic waistband that makes the skirt suitable for children aged 4-10.

You have a magical piece of clothing in your hands. To ensure that your child will enjoy the tulle skirts for a long time and that they keep their shape, please follow these care instructions:
Gentle wash: Wash the skirts on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
Protect with a laundry net: Use a laundry net to protect the tulle and the beads.
Mild detergent: Use a mild, preferably liquid detergent
Spin gently: Spin the skirts briefly and gently at a maximum of 600 revolutions.
Bring into shape: Carefully pull the damp skirt into shape to preserve the silhouette.
Dry horizontally: Dry the skirts horizontally, ideally in the fresh air, but not in direct sunlight.
No ironing: Do not iron the skirts to avoid damaging the tulle.
Do not dry clean: Dry cleaning methods are not suitable
This will keep the tulle beautiful and the shape intact so that your child can enjoy it for a long time!
Shipping and return conditions
Delivery times
Your goods are usually ready for dispatch within 3-5 days and are then handed over to our shipping service providers. We ship orders within the EU climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen to promote sustainable deliveries. Within Germany, the standard delivery time is around 2-4 working days.
As soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping information. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of 7 working days (Germany) or 14 working days (within the EU) despite confirmed shipping, please contact us at service@billylovesaudrey.com. Please note that there may be delays if there is a high volume of orders or at times such as Christmas.
Shipping within Germany:
Orders within Germany are free of shipping costs from an order value of 50 EUR. Please note that delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping within the European Union (EU):
For orders within the EU, we offer free standard shipping from an order value of EUR 80. Please note that delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping outside Europe
For Switzerland and other countries outside Europe, we charge a flat rate of 24.50 € (including VAT) for shipping. These shipping costs apply to every delivery. For all other countries, the shipping costs are shown during checkout. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays. You are responsible for customs and import duties as well as customs clearance. Deliveries are made according to Incoterms 2020 DAP (Delivered at Place).
Returns within Germany and the EU
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are possible up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Within the first 14 days: You can return unused and unwashed items that are in their original packaging with label free of charge.

After 14 days: You must bear the return costs yourself. Please keep the proof of postage, as we cannot accept any liability or provide a refund if the parcel is lost. If you wish to use our return label for a late return (day 15-30 after receipt of the shipment), the return costs of EUR 5.90 will be deducted from your refund amount.
You can request return labels for EU orders via our returns portal or manually by sending an email to service@billylovesaudrey.com . Please always state your order number.
Returns outside the EU
You must bear the return costs for orders outside the EU yourself. Please keep the proof of shipment, as we cannot accept any liability for the loss of the package and cannot provide a refund.
The processing of your return can take up to 5 working days after receipt of the goods. The refund will be made either to the original payment method or, at your option, as a voucher that you can use on your next order. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the corresponding amount or issue the voucher at your request.
Please note that when paying with Klarna, the total amount must first be transferred before we can refund the amount. If you register a return with Klarna, this will pause your invoice so that you do not receive any payment requests.
